WHY WE DEVELOPED FLEX
Our team always wanted to stay healthy and fit but due to busy schedules, our health was suffering. So, we started trying different fitness apps but unfortunately none of them met basic fitness needs. Most of them were just fooling users, they were made by the people who don’t even workout and don’t know normal working person’s needs. So we thought to develop an app which we and others can use to stay on track. You will not regret using Flex, because we know that pain.

WORKOUT PROGRAMS
Choose number of days you want workout, Flex will create a 3 Week Program according to your schedulde and goals. You just have to follow along. Create workout program anytime or Flex will create one after every 3 weeks.

Choose food you would like to eat, Flex will create a Diet chart for you. You just have to eat the recommended amount. No hidden cost, change food preference any time and get a new diet chart in seconds
